**** Utility Payments********

Effective immediately with Ordinance 2024-13 all utility payments must be received by 11:59pm on the 15th  and the 28th of the month.  Any payments received after this time are considered late.  The Clerks office employees don't have the authority to make exceptions to this policy.  Any request for a Utility Board Hearing will need to be done by the 21st of the month it is requested.  Requests after this date will be denied.  All load limiter request must be made by the 28th of the month.  If a payment is not made on the 28th of the month the utilities will be disconnected on the next business day.  There will also be up to an $80 fee once placed on the disconnection list.  There will be no reconnections on any holiday.  After hours service is for emergencies only.

The Argos Water Department proudly announces the launch of our Lead Service Line Program to help identify any potential lead service lines in our town. this program works to confirm the integrity of our Town's water supply. We are taking a data-driven approach which allows you to use our website to self-report your service line material. If you do not have access to the internet, please visit our office to complete the assessment.
